1. I think the number one behavior I've used in this class is having a good work ethic. Discipline has been a major player as well. Just being on top of my stuff and knowing exactly what I need to do to do well. I do not get side tracked, but rather stay determined and have discipline to do it every week, without anybody reminding me to do it. Also creativity has been used to be innovative in the blog posts.
2. There have been a couple moments where I felt like giving up however, I realize what my goals are and what I need to do to reach them. I think I have developed this attitude. I work a full time job and have to dedicate a lot of time to both school and work. It takes major discipline and having a tenacious attitude to get through doing both.
3. Tip 1: Don't take the class lightly and try to strive to be the best.
Tip 2: Work ahead and don' wait to do the assignments.
Tip 3: Act like this is you're job and try to get better everyday.

Our posts were very similar in harping on the importance of time management! These assignments can be lengthy at times, and waiting to finish them at the last minute has not proven a wise choice. I also agree with you that it is valuable practice for the future. It’s better to get used to it now and practice treating the assignments like a job to do.
